Atena holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University. With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with living between cultures, she is passionate about making mental health support accessible, warm, and effective.

Her approach draws on evidence-based techniques including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, combined with a genuine belief that every person already holds the wisdom they need — sometimes you just need the right space to access it.
